Please note apart from the “Womens Aid” we cannot divide the figure into male and female as the support workers deal with individual clients on a case by case basis.  The individual could be male or female which will be recorded on their social care file but we do not collect separate information relating to call-outs or referrals.    We are unaware of any funding for specific “support groups”.

Dear Mr Wiffen

There are no domestic violence perpetrator programmes directly funded by Staffordshire County Council. There is a provision of £120,000 as part of the County Council’s Community Safety Budget, which comprises a £15,000 per annum contribution to eight Domestic Violence Co-ordinators around the county. Each Domestic Violence Co-Ordinator works within one of the eight Staffordshire District or Borough areas
