Dear David,

Thank you for your e-mail requesting information. To the best of my knowledge, Salisbury District Council provided no funding to any support groups (neither for male nor female victims of domestic violence) during the last full financial year.

Dear Mr Wiffen,

Salisbury District Council itself runs no programmes for neither male nor female perpetrators - nor do we provide any funding to external programmes within the district. As far as I am aware there are only 2 programmes that operate in the district, both for male perpetrators - one run by Splitz (a voluntary sector organisation based in Trowbridge) and one run by the Wiltshire Probation Service.

I hope that this answers your query, please come back to me if you require further information.

Regards
Alison Kay
