Dear Mr Wiffen
We
do not have a perpetrator programme in South Bucks at the moment (although
there are plans for the future). However, we contributed £1500
(for one place) to the Turning Point male perpetrator programme last
year which is running in Aylesbury.

Dear Mr Mortimer
From the Grants
and Donations, South Bucks District Council awarded £3k each
to Wycombe Women's Aid and East Berkshire Women's Aid (both female
refuges) for the current financial year 2005/6. As you may be aware
applications for grants have to be made every year and the amount
that each organisation receives is at the discretion of elected members.
The South Bucks
Community Safety Partnership was successful in securing £75,
000 from the Home Office for developing domestic violence drop in
centres in partnership with Safer Slough Partnership. This was 2 year
funding (2004-2006) which ended 30th March 2006 this service was for
both male and female victims.
The Council is
also in the process of sustaining one of the drop-in centres in Burnham
for a further year with £4,000 from the South Bucks Community
Safety Partnership funds and £500 from the Bucks Local Public
Service Agreement (LPSA) funds.
