The city council funds Women’s Aid to provide refuge places for victims of domestic violence.

We do not directly fund services for men. Victim Support does provide services for men and we believe this is funded through the Local Criminal Justice Board.

The authority’s 2006/07 service contract with Peterborough Women’s Aid is £64,764.
