Dear David,
The Lewes District
Crime Reduction Partnership is funding a Service called CRI, which
takes referrals/cases from the Anti-Victimization Unit in Eastbourne.
We have only just started funding this project, so are not experienced.
So far, there has been no case involving a male, although I assume
the service is for men as well. Children are taken into account indirectly,
as they benefit from the help provided to the female victim.
We are funding the service for £ 11,500 in 2006/7.
As Lewes District
Council, we are currently implementing a new performance indicator
around Domestic Violence, however, this is in its early stages and
the funding still unknown.
Best regards
