Subject: Freedom of Information Request
Dear David,
I refer to your
request of 28th June and supply the following information:
£40,000
has been set aside this year as part of the Communtiy Safety Partnership
funding to support victims of domestic violence. This will be shared
between Lancaster District Womens Aid and Sals Place. The latter deals
with male victims as well as female. The exact amount each organisation
will receive is still to be decided.
Lancaster District
Womens Aid is further supported by the Strategic Housing Service of
this Council. The service level agreement for 2005/06 was £11,100,
which will be raised to £11,392 for 2006/07.
I trust the above
answers your questions satisfactorily.
If you are not
happy with this response please contact me in the first instance.
If you are still not satisfied you have the right to ask for an internal
review of the decision. This will be dealt with by Head of Legal and
Human Resources. If your appeal is not resolved you would then have
the further right to appeal to the Information Commissioner for an
independent review.
Yours sincerely
