Subject: FOI Request

Dear Mr Mortimer

Please find the information requested

The Supporting People Team contracts with a number of providers who deliver housing related support to vulnerable members of the community. There are two contracts with the Island Women’s Refuge, one that funds housing related support at the refuge and one that funds housing related support in the community. The current funding levels per annum are c£65,000 and £101,000 per annum respectively and, in both cases, the primary client group is women at risk of domestic violence (the official DCLG definition).

Whilst there is no primary client group identified by the DCLG of “men at risk of domestic violence”, men would be able to access housing related support, following assessment, by another provider.

I have no knowledge of any other funding streams

If I can be of any further assistance, then please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards
