Dear Mr Wiffen
There are no voluntary
programmes for male perpetrators of domestic abuse in Halton. There
is one programme which is run by cheshire probation as a condition
of a sentence. We are currently talking with Cheshire County Council
regarding a voluntary perpetrator programme for Halton Cheshire and
Warrington. There is currently no programme available for female perpetrators.
Halton Borough Council currently does not provide any funding for
perpetrator programmes in the borough.
Kind regards
