Dear Mr Wiffen

I advise that the Council does not directly provide programs for male or female perpetrators of domestic violence. However, the Probation Service facilitates domestic violence courses for those who have been sentenced as a result of domestic violence.

Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Mortimer,

The Supporting People service does not directly finance a support service for men at present. However, there is a Domestic Abuse helpline which offers assistance to victims of domestic abuse.

Social Services support two Women’s Aid projects:

Bangor £48,700
Blaenau Ffestiniog £85,260

The Gwynedd Community Safety Partnership do not fund any support groups specifically although funding is provided for other aspects of domestic abuse.

If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me.

Yours faithfully,

Helen Parry
