Subject: Perpetrator Programmes.
Mr Whiffen,
East Devon District Council
do not provide any direct funding in respect of Perpetrator Programmes.
Much of the work regarding Domestic Violence issues is co ordinated
at county level through the Devon County ADVA Partnership. Rachel
Martin is the lead and can be contacted via 01392 382000. I am aware
however that currently there is only one perpetrator programme called
REPAIR, for men. There are three contact numbers for this service
according to where you live in Devon. There are no such programmes
provided
for women.
I hope this helps,

Dear Mr Mortimer,
I refer to your
request of the 27 June 2006 in respect of help and support groups
for victims of domestic violence.
East Devon District
Council directly contributes on an annual basis to two female refuges,
as follows:
Honiton Safehouse
£6,000.00
Exeter Womens Refuge £2,700.00
Yours sincerely
