I refer to your request
for information dated 26th October asking how many male and female
victims of domestic violence were reported by each of the police districts
inside Central Scotland Police area in each of the last three full
financial years. Central Scotland Police is organised into three districts
called Area Commands, namely, Clackmannanshire, Falkirk, and Stirling,
and the information given below is organised accordingly.
2003/2004
Clackmannanshire 324 females, 24 males.
Falkirk 860 females, 92 males.
Stirling 475 females, 51 males.
2004/2005
Clackmannanshire 364 feamles, 43 males.
Falkirk 1071 females, 110 males.
Stirling 460 females, 32 males.
2005/2006
Clackmannanshire 357 females, 40 males.
Falkirk 1775 females, 228 males.
Stirling 372 females, 66 males.
