The Borough Council does not itself run any domestic violence perpetrator programmes for domestic violence.

Dear Mr Wiffen,

Currently there is one perpetrator programme operating in Bournemouth. It is not run by the council but through an organisation called Family Matters and is called the ‘Change Project’. It only works with male perpetrators.

In the last 2 years Bournemouth Borough Council have provided approx £80,000 made up of community grants (for which the Change project bid) and also other monies.

I hope that this deals with your request satisfactorily.
